Empowering Mind, Body & Soul

Yin Yang Empowerment Reading

Yin Yang Empowerment Reading – Tap into your intuition and choose a symbol to receive your. Take your message and use it to help guide you on the journey this week.

1. Follow through with your intentions

Are you good at starting things or finishing them? Do you get a burst of energy for an idea but then fall short with motivation? Are you trying to accomplish something yet it seems to be taking forever? and have you given up on something or lost interest all because it was too much, overwhelming or hard? Don’t worry, you are not alone, and this is not a message to make you feel bad!

but, and this is a huge but…

it is time to renew your commitment to yourself and revisit what you actually want to do moving forward. Unfinished business or loose ends tie us up when we choose to let it fall wayward. It is okay to let something go that isn’t working for you anymore. It is okay to recommit to a goal. It is okay to do whatever you need to do to realign with your success and vitality.

Things to do this week:

  • Organize and prioritize, Clean out the clutter and be honest with what you are wanting to commit to.
  • Honor your feelings and truth. Use this to help guide you to the next step.
  • Be gentle with yourself when it comes to life! Some things do not work out because there is another direction to go. Go where the energy flows.
  • Look at what you want to “let go” of and make a plan of intention and action. Release what no longer works for your success anymore.
  • tie up loose ends.

2. Rise up

Before you read on, close your eyes and visualize yourself standing tall like a tree with its roots digging deep into Mother earth. These roots offer you stability, strength, courage, love, light and so much more. Remind yourself that you are strong enough, wise enough and good enough to move forward on this journey.

You are ready, you can feel it in your spirit. A energy within you rising up, pushing you to embrace your visions and core values. You know what you want, who you are and where you wish to go, the only thing you need to do is follow where your spirit is guiding you.

Things to do this week:

  • Go after that thing you want to do! step by step with patience and commitment.
  • Tell the Universe what you are ready for and then show up daily with your energy. You may not always be able to take action, but you can stay focused and aligned as you wait for more to come.
  • Have more faith than fear, things work out how we need them to almost 99% of the time and that other 1% is wisdom.
  • Enjoy the journey! Believe in the new adventures that are waiting for you just around the bend!

3. Balance is key

Bring it back into balance, get grounded and centered in who you want to be this week. Choose your thoughts, words, actions and emotions with care and wisdom. Simplify your routine where you can and make sure to include 30 minutes of rest and peace at the end of the day. When you take care of your wellness you are better able to work through the challenges.

Things to do this week:

  • Make peace with anyone and anything that comes to your day and causes disruption. It is your choice how you react and absorb each moment. Lead by example.
  • Remember your strengths and values as you work through each day.
  • Set a simple goal of what you wish to accomplish or create by the end of the week in regards to your joy, happiness, peace and personal growth.
  • Get the budget in tune with your success! watch your spending. It is a good time for wise investments.
  • Feel and visualize 3 things you are grateful for right now. Don’t just list them off! feel them in your heart.

I am reminded of this beautiful quote…

Half of me is filled with bursting words and half of me is painfully shy. I crave solitude yet also crave people. I want to pour life and love into everything yet also nurture my self-care and go gently. I want to live within the rush of primal, intuitive decision, yet also wish to sit and contemplate. This is the messiness of life – that we all carry multitudes, so must sit with the shifts. We are complicated creatures, and ultimately, the balance comes from this understanding. Be water. Flowing, flexible and soft. Subtly powerful and open. Wild and serene. Able to accept all changes, yet still led by the pull of steady tides. It is enough.
