The Services provided, whether given in a message, reading, class, workshop, or any other form, do not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, health, personal, or financial advice and represent another avenue of wisdom, motivation and or inspiration and are not intended to be a substitute for professional care and or advice. Naomi Mailhot does not claim to diagnose, prescribe treatment for, or cure any health condition or life experience that has to do with mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.
The Services are subject to the recipient’s interpretation. Choices and/or actions based on the Services or the content thereof are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Naomi Mailhot – Spiritual Guide & Medium and/or Naomi Mailhot does not assume, and the undersigned hereby releases and discharges Naomi Mailhot – Spiritual Guide & Medium and/or Naomi Mailhot from any and all liability to any person or entity for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential) caused in relation to any information and/or any suggestion, or advice provided, readings, products, or Services whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
Naomi Mailhot – Spiritual Guide & Medium and/or Naomi Mailhot Inc are not responsible for travel costs (such as but not limited to, airfare, car rental and accommodation) or reimbursement of costs in the event an event or private session is cancelled or rescheduled.
By accepting recordings of your session, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, transfer, create, derivative work from, sell or re-sell any content or information without the expressed written permission of Naomi Mailhot – Spiritual Guide & Medium and/or Naomi Mailhot
During events Naomi Mailhot – Spiritual Guide & Medium and/or Naomi Mailhot you may be filmed, photographed or recorded and may appear in any media format or promotion and/or publicity.
Refund policy:
In the event of a cancellation, 3 days prior notice from the booking time is asked if possible but in no way will affect your full refund if you cannot, due to unforeseen circumstances, give 3 days or more notice.
No refunds are given for same-day cancellations. Your session will be rescheduled only once in this case and will be at my soonest available date and time.
No refunds are given for missed sessions. Please make note of your date and time and understand Psychic Medium Naomi Mailhot is not responsible for notifying you or converting time zones. You are responsible for showing up for your session at the time (in the Time Zone indicated by Naomi Mailhot) and the date of the session. If you choose to rebook a misses session you will need to pay $50 for a new time and date.
If Psychic Medium Naomi Mailhot is to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to her next available date and time. Psychic Medium Naomi Mailhot understands time is precious and that cancelling your session also is an inconvenience to you, so you will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
During/After a Session
At the time of the session, Psychic Medium Naomi Mailhot will not allow for recording to take place without permission from herself and at her discretion. Psychic Medium Naomi Mailhot also asks for your agreement that you have contacted her as a Psychic Medium and Spiritual Guide and in no way does she replace any type of medical, legal, or professional help you should seek. What you do with your reading is at your discretion, Psychic Medium Naomi Mailhot is in no way a replacement for your common sense and responsibility to your life.
If you wish to book in again for another session, please allow 6-8 weeks between each. Use your common sense and intuition to judge when you need another reading, Psychic Medium Naomi Mailhot’s services are to help guide you in healing and connection and not to be used as an addiction.

Psychic Medium Naomi Mailhot has never received professional training with a certificate for coaching, she has a background with life and uses her widespread knowledge and wisdom to guide and transform lives. As a fellow human being who has come from rock bottom to where she is now, she teaches how to live life authentically and with truth as you heal and transform your mind, body, soul and spirit. She has done many online workshops and has her own transformational workshops based upon her book and oracle cards that she is in the midst of publishing.
