Present & Aware
One of my favourite things to do are mindful meditations, they don’t take much time and they pack a punch so to speak. When I first started meditating, I had trouble keeping my energy in one place let alone my thoughts calm and focused, so when I discovered mindful meditations, it changed my meditating life!
When you enter mindfulness, you are bringing awareness to your current life and time, this, in turn, helps you balance and align with the power of now. The practice of being mindful helps you to focus your inner power on your experiences (such as mental, emotional, physical and spiritual experiences) in the present moment to gain clarity, enlightenment, and healing. In my own personal experience, I have gained much more than just the power of now, mindful meditations have also helped me to retrain my thoughts and keep my energy balanced and in harmony with my True Self. Even when I fall off course (it happens) I use mindful meditations to help bring me back into alignment.
Here are some of my all-time favorite Mindful Meditations I like to use. Some are my own creations as well.
Mindful Meditation Body Scan
The perfect meditation to reconnect you to your present body as you release and clear any blocked energies or limitations. The body scan also helps you to see where you are mentally, emotionally and physically holding onto energy (light or heavy) as you listen to what your body is telling you. As you do these meditations you become acutely aware of your present life and how it is impacting you on all levels.

Mindful Meditation to ground and transform your energy
Feeling a little off? Perhaps you are just needing some grounding and balance? Maybe you are just feeling like you need a break? A mindful grounding meditation can help with that. At any time in your day, you can stop and do this 3-minute mindful meditation to bring you back to your power.
Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. (try to breathe in deeply for 4 seconds and breathe out for 5 seconds)
Visualize your feet sinking into the ground beneath you as energy cords of light root from the bottoms of your feet into the core of mother earth. Become aware and mindful of what you are feeling right now in your life and send that energy into mother earth asking it to be transformed.
As you do this you will also begin to visualize a rainbow energy cord of light entering the crown of your head and shooting down through your body and further down through the bottoms of your feet. This is the Universe connecting you to all your power centers of energy within you.
Continue to do this mindful meditation as a cycle; Release the energy into Mother earth to be transformed as the rainbow light enters through the top of your head.
Repeat this mantra with your hands in a respected position (prayer, on your heart, or open and face up):
Ong Namo ( I bow to the subtle divine wisdom) Guru Dev Namo (I bow to the divine teacher within)

Mindful Meditation For Abundance
Abundance is a free-flowing wave of energy that we need to learn how to surf and hold our form with. Abundance only asks that we align with its true form of energy currency; love, wisdom, joy, and happiness.
The true meaning of happiness is inner peace and the fulfillment of self-love. The true meaning of joy is knowing you are a miracle.
If you want abundance you must become mindful of the currency of energy it is surrounded with. Removing yourself from a disconnected state of lacking and inserting your energy into a mindful space of abundance.
