Meditation is one of the greatest gifts I have ever given myself,  with daily practice, I have been able to align my energy with my inner power and create balance and clarity in my life. Not to mention it has helped me empower my intuition and connection to the Universe which has brought enlightenment and guidance to much of my path.

Meditation is often seen as a quiet room with your eyes closed in deep reflection, and in my opinion, it can be this way, or,  it can be any way that makes you feel comfortable. If you find you do your best reflecting in the garden then go there, or if you have a special place you relax, go there.

Meditation is really space and time you give yourself to connect, recharge, and realign yourself with your soul and spirit. It brings awareness and presence to your daily life and helps you to stay balanced and focused on your highest good and truth.

When looking for clarity, guidance, and insight, meditation can bring you the inner reflection you need for life’s moments.

Mantra Meditations/Healings

Mantra healings are one of the best ways to exchange energy and welcome in the divine. Mantras are repeated sayings that are deeply rooted in vibrations. The chanting of a Mantra solidifies its message and sends it out loud and clear to The Universe. Mantra meditations can liberate your mind and reconnect you to source. It is important to find an appropriate mantra for your healing intentions.
