With health and wellness, meditation can alleviate pain and suffering and act as an inner strength where it is needed. In my opinion, meditation is an art of our true essence and one with our soul’s power.
Music is also an incredible healer especially that which has a theta or binaural vibrational frequency. Listening to sound healing can help change your energy and encode a higher frequency into your DNA.

I have recently gotten into this and have found it to be a tremendous healer in my life. Each morning I play my bowls and listen to the sound travel within me. there is something to be said about this form of sound healing.

Energy vibration can be felt on all levels when you are bathed in this beautiful sound therapy. A sound bath has many health benefits and can be used to align and balance your energy centers as well.

Crystals and stones are energy healers with unique and individual healing properties for each one. Quartz is one of the most powerful frequencies of energy we can use to heal the mind, body, soul, and spirit. they work on frequency and need to be cleared and charged as they are used. Most quartz crystals generate electricity and that is from the vibration of energy they carry.
Fun Fact: Most of our electronic devices have a quartz crystal frequency determining element. they are used to help stabilize and transmit frequency.
Acupuncture, Reflexology & Massage
To promote the flow of “qi” traditional Chinese medicines would use acupuncture, reflexology, and massage to improve circulation and movement for the mind, body and soul. Pressure points are used to relieve stress and open up the energy so it flows with your life force. All of these techniques can be used to heal mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.
Herbs/Healthy Foods, Activity
This may not be a healing modality, but it just as powerful to your health and wellness.
True story, what we put into and onto our bodies has a great effect on our health and wellness. Processed and refined foods and products are filled with chemicals and bi-products ( I am sure many more things too) and as we absorb or ingest these things, our health is hit on some degree.
I never used to care about what I ate or the products I used, not until I started realizing that some of the headaches I got were from too much sugar and some aches and pains I felt were from the lack of vitamins and nutrients my body was receiving. I also noticed certain lotions would make my skin bumpy especially those lower end ones. Take a look at what your eating and the products you’re using, look at the ingredients, be mindful and aware.
Eating healthy, balancing our vitamins and minerals and exercising are important to our mental, emotional spiritual and physical health. The way we take care of our health says a lot about our future health.
